Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

At Comare&Co, we offer local delivery within a 25km radius of Essendon for a flat fee of $15. We offer two delivery options:

  • Delivery to Your Doorstep: We can deliver your picnic basket directly to your doorstep, so you can take it with you wherever you go.

  • Delivery to Your Picnic Location: We can also deliver your picnic basket directly to your desired picnic location within the local delivery radius.

Please allow 1-2 business days for processing and packing of your order before delivery. Once your order is ready for delivery, we will contact you to confirm the delivery time and location.

As our baskets contain perishable goods that require refrigeration, we will only deliver when someone is present to accept the delivery. If you/the recipient is not available to accept the delivery, we will not leave the basket unattended and will contact you to reschedule the delivery at the next available time.

Please note that we do not currently offer shipping outside of the local delivery radius, and we are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes or parcel lockers.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Comare&Co, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will do our best to resolve the issue.


If you wish to return your picnic basket, it must be in its original, unopened condition. We are unable to accept returns of opened or partially consumed items due to food safety regulations. All food items must have been stored in the fridge since delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us at within 48 hours of delivery to arrange for the return. You will be responsible for any return shipping fees.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If your picnic basket arrives damaged or with defective items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged or defective items. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Please note that we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for any items that have been opened or partially consumed due to food safety regulations.
